The Solio Classic 2 has three large solar panels allowing for faster charging. The full-sized USB port lets you connect easily to thousands of devices and can give up to three complete charges. Since most devices these days charge by USB, it’s simpler than ever to “plug into the sun”. Simply pre charge the unit from any USB power source take it with you and you have a portable back up power supply for your phone or other small digital devices when you need it. Adjust the position of the CLASSIC2 each time the pencil casts a shadow for maximum solar capture efficiency. A full day in full-sun completely charges the battery.

When the sun goes down, the CLASSIC2 battery can be re-charged via the micro-USB port. From USB power, the 3200mAh battery charges in 6 hours.

The Solio CLASSIC2 has a single LED push button. When the CLASSIC2 is capturing energy, the LED button lights up RED. Push the button one time and the CLASSIC2 flashes slowly 1 to 5 times to indicate battery level. Next it begins to flash rapidly to indicate power output. Depress the button one more time to turn off the power.
