Bought this torch after looking at reviews for 20 others. Great value. Brighter than my very old LEDLENSER P14 and easily fits in my pocket. Good idea being able to use different batteries. Build quality seems pretty good but I thought the zoom action was a bit light, however having used it every night for a week this has proved not to be an issue. Great everyday torch.

Bought this torch after my old faithful LED Lenser bit the dust and I am very happy with it.
Focused beam is excellent but wide floodlight on full power is pretty amazing. Lights up an entire room better than a ceiling light!
Other nice feature is the facility to use and recharge different battery sizes. It comes with a 21700 but there’s an adapter to take a single 18650 which means I can leave my charger at home.
Wasn’t a problem for me but advertised strobe function is NOT a feature of this torch.

I’m very happy with this torch! It has the perfect combination of features for operational work and beats a lot of far more expensive brands and models.The aspherical lens gives an even distribution of light (great for night photography) with a sliding zoom which is faster than adjusting a threaded screw zoom. A single 21700 battery is the best option these days for portability, capacity and output. The adaptors for an 18650 or 3 x AAA’s ensures that I always have spare batteries in my kit bag. Three light outputs are the only options that I need. Do any (real) tactical operators actually need a strobe light? I’m glad there’s no strobe and no cumbersome tail cap switch. Perfect.

I bought 2 allegedly 12,000,000 lumans torches from a competitor and within a week they were both in the bin . the a2 pro is a very bright and sturdy torch and very much, fits in the pocket and exceeds all my expectations. very happy with the purchase.

Wow! What a fabulous torch the Klarus A2 Pro is. Bought this one for camping trips and after the first try in the dark I was amazed at the illumination it provided in broad beam and when focused into a narrow beam the brightness at a considerable distance was still very bright easily illuminating detail. The quality of the light beam is very stable. All in all for the price this is a compact and high performance torch.

Great torch. This is my second Klarus flashlight. I got this one because I wanted the option to use normal batteries as well because this torch is for a car emergency light and I’ve found that the rechargeable ones are often flat when you need them if the torch hasn’t been used for a few months.
